Responsibilities
- Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Perform account reconciliations for accounts payable and related general ledger accounts
- Prepare and post journal entries related to accounts payable transactions
- Assist with month-end closing activities, including accruals and account analysis
- Maintain organized records of all payable transactions for audit purposes
- Assist in the preparation of reports related to accounts payable metrics and analysis
Requirements
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy (10 key typing)
- Strong analytical skills for account reconciliation and financial analysis
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role
