Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Account Executive to join our team in Farmington, MI. This role offers the flexibility of working from home one day per week. The Account Executive will support the sales and operations teams by managing client accounts, ensuring service satisfaction, handling inbound customer requests, and helping to grow relationships with new and existing customers and vendors. This is an entry-level opportunity with room for growth in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned customer and vendor accounts
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve service-related issues quickly and professionally
- Collaborate with operations to schedule service and troubleshoot delays or exceptions
- Assist with onboarding new customers and setting up account details in internal systems
- Support sales efforts by following up on leads and helping prepare quotes or proposals
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail and time management
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities
- Experience with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Spanish speaking
- Prior experience in customer service, account management, or sales support is a plus
