The Houseman / Rover is the quiet engine behind the guest experience—moving fluidly across departments to ensure the property is clean, maintained, and operating seamlessly. This role supports housekeeping, food & beverage, and light maintenance needs, stepping in wherever needed to keep the hotel running at its highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
Housekeeping Support
- Assist room attendants with stripping rooms, removing trash, and replenishing linens and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping storage areas, carts, and linen rooms
- Deliver linens, towels, and amenities to guest rooms and team members as needed
- Support deep cleaning projects and Perfect Room Program (PRP) initiatives
Public Areas
- Maintain cleanliness of all public spaces including lobby, pool areas, restrooms, pathways, and back-of-house areas
- Ensure pool deck, lounge areas, and outdoor spaces are consistently guest-ready
- Monitor and restock guest amenities throughout the property
Dishwashing / F&B Support
- Operate dishwashing station efficiently and maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dish areas
- Assist with clearing tables, resetting spaces, and supporting service periods when needed
- Maintain sanitation standards in accordance with health and safety guidelines
Light Maintenance
- Perform minor repairs such as changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, tightening fixtures, and basic touch-ups
- Report maintenance issues promptly to management
- Assist with preventative maintenance tasks and vendor coordination when needed
General Rover Duties
- Respond quickly to guest and team requests across departments
- Support special projects, events, and operational needs as they arise
- Maintain a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues before they impact guests
