Common Craft is thriving and searching for a managerial culinary lead to join the team. Featuring a modern gastropub style menu with modern twists; the food is fun, flavorful, whimsical, and steeped in culinary technique. Looking for an individual whose personality matches the food because we’re not only hiring a great culinary talent but another key piece of the management team.

Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a passion for all thing's food and beverage. Has an ability to positively lead others while multi-tasking and prioritizing workloads. Must believe in quality by consistently upholding defined standards over time. Able to provide guidance and support for employees, is involved in the day-to-day operations of the Back of House and collaborates and communicates with Front of House team to create genuine guest experiences.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years' kitchen experience, high volume restaurants.
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Flexible and willingness to adapt to ongoing changes.
  • Able to inspire, motivate, and develop employees.
  • Proven track record in building high-performing teams.
  • Professional and confident verbal and written communication with guests and employees

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year

  • Burlington, MA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

  • Culinary experience: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Cooking: 1 year (Preferred)
