Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Server at Common Craft Hospitality, located in Boston, MA. The Server will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, taking and managing guest orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all customers. Additional responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and organization within the dining area, handling customer concerns professionally, and collaborating with team members to uphold the quality of service.
