The Role
You’ll be the backbone of our Marshall office—providing day-to-day administrative support that ensures smooth operations and fosters a warm, efficient environment for our team. From managing calendars and handling inquiries to organizing office logistics, this role keeps us energized and connected.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the front-line contact for visitors, phone calls, and vendor/client inquiries
- Maintain and organize scheduling, appointments, and meeting setups
- Support administrative tasks: data entry, filing, record-keeping, and mail processing
- Coordinate office supplies, facilities requests, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
- Prepare internal correspondence, presentations, and reports
- Assist with light financial tasks: invoice tracking, expense reporting, and procurement coordination
- Collaborate across teams on projects, deadlines, and internal events
What We Look For
- 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in fast-paced environments or cannabis industry
- Excellent communication skills—friendly and professional with both internal teams and external partners
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfort using digital tools
- Ability to prioritize effectively and adapt to changing demands in a dynamic workspace
