Position Overview:
The Enhancement Crew is responsible for performing landscape improvement projects that enhance the appearance, functionality, and health of client properties (commercial/residential). This role involves working outdoors year-round, operating landscaping tools and equipment, and completing enhancement tasks such as planting, mulching, and irrigation adjustments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pruning and Trimming - Regularly prune and trim trees, shrubs, and plants to promote healthy growth and maintain desired shapes, including hand pruning
- Plant/Tree Installation and Removals
- Spread mulch, decorative rock, soil, and other materials
- Perform turf repairs and sod installation
- Minor irrigation repair
- Trenching, digging, and preparing soil
- Driving to job sites (commercial, retail shopping centers, multifamily apartment properties)
- Property cleanup if needed
- Use of any equipment as needed
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Must have a valid California Driver’s License
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Stand, bend, kneel, dig, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Must be able to drive to multiple job sites
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous experience as a Commercial Landscaper required
- Irrigation experience is a plus
Salary : $19 - $22
