As the Program Receptionist, you’ll be the welcoming face of COTS, greeting visitors, answering calls, and ensuring our main office runs smoothly. You’ll also play a critical role behind the scenes, supporting programs, maintaining data accuracy, and keeping our space organized and inviting. Your work will help connect people in our community to the housing and resources they need.

FULL-TIME
- FullTime: 9 am5:00 pm, MondayFriday
- Pay: $24.07 $24.69 based on experience

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, THE FOLLOWING:
- Welcome visitors, answer and direct calls, and connect clients to services.
- Open and close the office following established safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate data in HMIS and other tracking systems.
- Support office supplies and program inventory
- Assist with annual events, donations, and staff onboarding.
- Keep shared spaces clean, organized, and visitorready.
Key Qualifications
- 1 year office administration experience (nonprofit or human services a plus).
- Strong customer service skills required
- High school diploma or equivalent (postsecondary coursework preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; able to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
- Experience working with individuals in crisis preferred
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
