Committed Contracting is a growing residential and commercial contracting company looking for a reliable, hardworking General Window Laborer to join our field team. This is a hands-on role where you'll support window installation and general construction tasks across a variety of job sites. What You'll Do
- Assist with the installation of windows, doors, and related fixtures
- Prep work sites: measuring, cutting, and staging materials per blueprints or job specs
- Support framing, metal stud framing, trim carpentry, and door hanging as needed
- Safely handle heavy materials including glass panes, frames, and structural components
- Apply caulking, paint, and finishing details for a clean, professional end result
- Keep job sites organized, safe, and clean throughout the project
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience on construction or remodeling sites preferred
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read basic blueprints or schematics is a plus
- Able to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods
- Dependable, punctual, and a team player
- Valid driver's license preferred
