Responsibilities
- Build and frame custom decks, porches, and outdoor structures
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and effectively
- Ensure all work meets building codes and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in framing and deck construction
- Proficiency with construction tools and equipment
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights
- High school diploma or equivalent (trade training is a plus)
- OSHA certification preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
