What You Will Do:
- Travel to assigned grocery store locations to complete maintenance and repair requests
- Perform basic plumbing repairs (leaks, clogs, fixture replacements, etc.)
- Perform basic electrical work (light fixtures, outlets, switches, troubleshooting)
- Repair and patch drywall, paint, and perform general carpentry work
- Install and repair floor and wall tile as needed
- Perform general store upkeep including shelving, doors, hardware, and minor equipment repairs
- Complete preventative maintenance tasks to avoid operational disruptions
- Maintain tools, supplies, and service vehicle
- Communicate repair status and timelines with store leadership
- Identify safety issues and escalate major repairs to management
- Respond to urgent maintenance needs when required
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Will Bring:
- Experience in facilities maintenance, handyman work, or similar role preferred
- Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, and tile repair
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues independently
- Comfortable traveling between multiple store locations daily
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work (climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Basic tools preferred (or ability to use company-provided tools)
