POSITION SUMMARY: The Logistics Coordinator assists with the coordination, receipt, organization, and work area of all materials, equipment, and company tools. The Logistics Coordinator works with field managers and utilizes different software platforms to verify inventory and coordination. The Logistics Coordinator will be required to operate equipment including forklifts, telehandlers, and aerial lift platforms. This person will also need a valid CDL.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Keep materials organized in designated laydown.
• Maintain inventory of stocked materials.
• Receive ordered materials as they arrive on-site or in the warehouse.
• Deliver materials from laydown or warehouse to specific job site locations as requested by field leadership.
• Offload and deliver equipment to requested workstations.
• Track and maintain all equipment.
• Submit requests for repairs and maintenance of CCE equipment and tools.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Ability to listen, understand, and follow directions.
• Strong warehouse and inventory coordination skills.
• Equipment-specific training.
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to lift 50lbs and climb up and down a ladder safely.
• Able to work in extreme weather conditions.
• Committed to a minimum of 40-hour work weeks.
• Commitment to safety and quality
