The Opportunity
This role sits at the intersection of operations, strategy, and execution. You will lead an established technical team while improving internal systems to enhance performance, accountability, and profitability.
You won’t just manage work—you’ll design how work gets done.
What You’ll Do / Job Responsibilities
Operational Analysis & System Design
- Evaluate workflows and identify inefficiencies
- Build scalable processes (SOPs, dispatch logic, follow-up systems)
- Improve prioritization, accountability, and execution
Execution & Performance Optimization
- Oversee field operations with a focus on precision and efficiency
- Align scheduling and dispatch with operational priorities
- Ensure complete and accurate service documentation
Technical Problem-Solving
- Support troubleshooting of water purification systems
- Participate in system planning and design
- Provide backup field support during peak demand
Strategic Impact
- Collaborate with ownership and enact procedures to improve margins and efficiency
- Identify opportunities for growth and revenue expansion
- Improve inventory, asset readiness, and resource allocation
Team Leadership and Support
- Set expectations and performance standards
- Provide direct, actionable feedback
- Strengthen accountability across the team
- Provide hands-on water system services during times of peak demand.

What You Bring / Job Qualifications
- Experience managing field service team members
- Hands-on experience with water treatment and/or purification.
- Scheduling and dispatch ownership
- Strong systems thinking and problem-solving ability
- Clear written and technical communication skills
- Financial and operational awareness
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Bonus Experience
- Basic plumbing knowledge
