Sales Executive

Job description:

Position Summary:

We are seeking experienced and motivated Freight Brokers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, sales, and customer service, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers. This is a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential for highly driven professionals.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and manage customer and carrier relationships.

· Prospect and secure new business through cold calls, referrals, and networking.

· Negotiate freight rates and contracts with shippers and carriers.

· Coordinate freight shipments from pickup to delivery.

· Monitor shipments, provide updates, and resolve any service issues.

· Maintain accurate records using a Transportation Management System (TMS).

· Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

· Prior experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation sales preferred.

· Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

· Self-motivated and able to work independently.

· Knowledge of freight markets, carriers, and supply chain operations.

· Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, TMS platforms).

Compensation:

· 100% commission-based structure.

· Earnings based on a percentage of gross profit per load.

· High-income potential with no earnings cap.
