The OpportunityWe are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to own and grow sales of our E-Z Pak refuse product line across the entire State
of North Carolina. This is a rare opportunity to manage a whole state as your own territory, selling a product that is in
high demand, and to work independently while backed by the full support of an OEM that has every facet covered from
aftermarket parts and service, product engineering support with new product development and innovation, and a
leadership team built for scale and growth. No prior refuse or truck industry experience is required. Your North Carolina
territory is supported by a dedicated, onsite team handling aftermarket parts sales and service, so customers are well taken
care of and you get a fast, guided introduction to the product and industry. This is not a passive account-management
role. You will be expected to take full ownership of the North Carolina territory and drive results.
What You’ll Do· Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow revenue and market share for the E-Z Pack refuse product line across North Carolina.
· Prospect aggressively through cold calling, in-person visits, networking, and industry events.
· Build strong relationships with municipal, fleet, and commercial customers.
· Manage and grow existing accounts while consistently hunting for new opportunities.
· Partner with the dedicated, onsite North Carolina team for aftermarket parts sales and service to ensure customer satisfaction and a smooth, fast-paced onboarding into the product and industry.
· Track pipeline activity, forecast sales, and report performance metrics.
· Travel extensively throughout North Carolina to support customers and close business.
· Report to Burlington, NC, Breckenridge, TX and Cynthiana, KY facilities as needed for training, meetings, planning, and coordination with internal teams.
Skills & Abilities· Driven, self-motivated, and eager to build and own a territory. Prior sales experience is helpful but not required.
· Strong hunter mentality with a demonstrated ability to close new business.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
· Highly motivated, organized, and accountable with strong follow-through.
· Comfortable managing a large geographic territory independently.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP or CRM experience preferred.
Minimum Qualifications· High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
· Sales, business development, or customer-facing experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate — no refuse or truck industry experience necessary.
· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
· Must reside in the State of North Carolina (or, bordering area) in order to perform the duties of this role.
