**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, managing waitlists, and providing excellent customer service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Communicate effectively with clients.
- Maintain and update job waitlists, ensuring information is current and accurate.
- Scheduling Jobs and projects in our CRM system
- Follow up with clients post-installation to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
- Provide support to the sales and technical teams as required.
- Handle customer issues with patience and empathy, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the security, construction, or related industries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient with computer systems and software, including MS Office Suite; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
