Now Hiring: Experienced Commercial Roofers (TPO Specialists)
We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our growing team. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of commercial roofing experience, with proven TPO installation experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of commercial roofing experience
- TPO installation experience is required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willing and able to climb ladders and work at heights
- Ability to work in hot and cold weather conditions
- Must be able to lift and/or move 50 pounds or more
- Reliable personal transportation for job sites throughout Southern California
- Possession of personal roofing tools is a plus
- Must be able to sit, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor as required by the job
Location:
- Projects throughout Southern California
- Office located in Lake Elsinore, CA
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems on commercial buildings
- Inspect roofs to identify damage and determine appropriate repair solutions
- Apply waterproofing materials to prevent leaks
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Follow all safety guidelines and regulations while working at heights
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with TPO roofing systems
- Knowledge of commercial roofing materials and installation techniques
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
