As a Commercial Real Estate Salesperson, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and closing lease and sales transactions on behalf of property owners, investors, and tenants. This is a 100% commission-based role, ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment and is looking for uncapped income potential.
· Prospect and develop new client relationships through networking, cold calling, referrals, and local market research
· Represent clients in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial properties
· Conduct market analyses and property valuations
· Create marketing materials and property listings
· Tour available properties with clients and provide strategic real estate solutions
· Maintain a strong knowledge of local real estate trends, zoning, and development projects
· Collaborate with senior broker to execute transactions efficiently
· Active Real Estate License (or ability to obtain one quickly)
· Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized
· Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
· Familiarity with commercial real estate or a background in sales, finance, or business is a plus
