Commercial Properties Management, LLC is seeking a Lease Administrator to join its property management team and contribute to its customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities include:
- Analyze leases and lease related documents. Abstract key information
- Ensure proper rent and additional rent billing (CAM, taxes, utilities, etc.) on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis in accordance with lease terms
- Rent and additional rent collection
- Track critical dates and maintain real estate data base system to ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain real estate data base to ensure proper rent roll recording and reporting
- Lease Enforcement- notices of non-compliance, default
- Liaison between tenant and landlord
- Review lease documents including SNDA’s, Estoppels, Amendments, Assignments, etc.
- Prepare monthly management and financial reports for clients
Skills and Attributes:
- Strong Analytical skills with high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to organize timelines and follow up promptly with clients and tenants
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively
- Organizational Skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments while delivering consistent, quality work
- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
- Collaboration Skills
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgement
Preferred Qualifications:
3-5 years’ experience
Understanding of lease language and common terms
Proficient using Microsoft Office, with strong knowledge of Excel
