Technical Project Manager

Required Skills

• 4-8 years of project management experience
• 2 years of experience in a professional services environment
• Strong understanding of Avaya, Cisco, Microsoft, or Genesys product lines
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex solutions with multiple cross-team dependencies
• Experience creating and maintaining project plans, issue logs, risk registers, and status reports
• Strong technical aptitude coupled with excellent organization and analytical skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, tailored to influence varying audience levels
• Demonstrated accountability and ownership, with the ability to manage risk and escalate appropriately
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
  
  

Nice to Have Skills:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Six Sigma Green Belt (ASQ) certifications
• Familiarity with Continuous Improvement Initiatives
• Data analysis and Business Intelligence (BI) skills
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and/or SmartSheets
  
  

Preferred Education and Experience:

• BS/BA degree in business, project management, Management Information Systems (MIS), computer science, or a related field
