The Solution Architect (GenAI) will design and deliver enterprise-scale GenAI solutions and AI Agents that are production-ready, compliant, and impactful.
Responsibilities:
- Architect and deploy Generative AI applications and AI Agents for high-impact financial use cases.
- Design RAG-based pipelines, multi-agent systems, and agentic architectures for real-world scale.
- Define and apply AI architecture patterns – prompt orchestration, memory, vector stores, and context handling.
- Build and demonstrate PoCs/MVPs hands-on to validate new AI capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into scalable GenAI architectures.
- Ensure solutions meet data privacy, governance, and compliance standards in regulated environments (finance, healthcare, etc.).
- Evaluate and benchmark LLMs, embedding models, and AI frameworks using standardized evaluation methods.
Requirements:
- 10 years in Solution Architecture, with 2 years in AI/GenAI solution design.
- Proven experience building and deploying GenAI applications and AI Agents in production.
- Strong understanding of agentic architectures, RAG, and multi-agent orchestration.
- Hands-on experience with Python / TypeScript / C# for building prototypes and PoCs.
- Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, FAISS) and LLM platforms (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI API, Vertex AI, Anthropic).
- Experience in regulated environments with strong data privacy and governance understanding.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
