In this pivotal role, you will design, implement, and maintain sophisticated network systems that are essential to both our operations and those of our clients. Your expertise in LAN/WAN/WLAN environments will play a critical role in ensuring the performance and stability of diverse client networks. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on network engineering experience
CCNP certification required
Proficiency in Cisco Voice (CUCM and UCCX)
Strong working knowledge of Aruba wireless technologies, including controllers, access points, and switches
In-depth understanding of TCP/IP protocols, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), and Quality of Service (QoS)
Experience in configuring and troubleshooting network hardware such as routers, switches, and firewalls
Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel in high-pressure situations
Strong organizational and time-management skills to independently manage multiple projects
Nice to Have Skills:
Additional certifications in Cisco or Aruba products
Familiarity with Fortinet networking products
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in a fast-paced environment or role where proactive problem-solving is essential
Other Requirements:
Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and work varied shifts, including nights and weekends when necessary
Must be able to provide 24/7 support for critical systems
