Junior Systems Aide

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Systems Aide to provide data entry and reconciliation support for basic accounting functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment while supporting day-to-day operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in business systems.
- Reconcile data and assist with basic accounting-related functions.
- Review and verify information for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with troubleshooting routine system and data-related issues.
- Support end users with basic system inquiries and requests.
- Maintain documentation and records in accordance with established procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Perform other administrative and technical support duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree or coursework in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and common business systems.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
