We are currently seeking multiple Guidewire Developers to support several different clients coast to coast. These are both direct hire and contract-to-hire openings. This is a remote position.
Target hourly pay rates are: $45.00 to 70.00 an hour
Guidewire Developers will leverage expertise in Guidewire technologies to design and implement innovative solutions for the insurance industry. With a focus on PolicyCenter and BillingCenter and drive the integration and customization of the Guidewire Insurance Suite.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design or architecture of Guidewire-based solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Oversee the integration of Guidewire PolicyCenter and/or BillingCenter with other systems, optimizing performance and functionality.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Develop and customize Guidewire solutions, enhancing user experience and engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Guidewire technologies, incorporating new features and functionalities into existing solutions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and interoperability of Guidewire systems.
- Document technical designs, processes and configurations for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- 3 years of development experience with a STEMS degree, equivalent work experience
- 2 years of experience with Guidewire Insurance Suite
- 2 years of experience in PolicyCenter and/or BillingCenter
- P&C Insurance experience preferred.
