COMMERCIAL POOL AND SPA is currently looking for two dedicated Commercial Pool Route Technicians to join our team in the Inland Empire. If you have 1 years of pool service experience, we want to hand you the keys to your own route within 2 to 3 weeks of paid training.

(Note: Are you a Property Maintenance Technician who has worked at apartment complexes or hotels? We highly encourage you to apply! Your skills transfer perfectly to this role.)

We provide all the gear, uniform shirts, chemicals, and safety equipment. You provide the insured open-back truck, the cell phone, and the strong work ethic. What You Will Be Doing

• You will be the face of our company in the field, ensuring our commercial clients' pools and spas remain pristine, safe, and fully operational:
• Route Management: Complete hands-on training and a comprehensive training manual to take total ownership of your own commercial pool route within 2–3 weeks of your start date.
• Maintenance & Cleaning: Perform high-quality, efficient pool and spa cleaning for various commercial properties across the Inland Empire.
• Chemical Management: Expertly test water chemistry and safely dose/manage chemicals to maintain strict health and safety standards.
• Seasonal Hustle: Enjoy excellent work-life balance with 4-day work weeks in the winter, while shifting gears to hustle 5–6 days a week during the busy summer season.

What You Need to Succeed (Qualifications)

• Experience: 1 years of dedicated pool service experience (specifically with cleaning and chemical management) OR proven property maintenance experience at apartment complexes/hotels.
• Vehicle Requirement (Crucial): You must own an insured, open-back pickup truck to safely transport chemicals and equipment.
• Communication: A reliable, working cell phone for daily route management and team communication.
• Mindset: Highly independent, reliable, and comfortable working outdoors in varying California weather conditions.

• Solid Base Pay: $48,000 – $55,000 per year.
