Ideal candidates:  As a CUSTOM injection molder, our presses will run different molds on different days.  Meaning your job occasionally changes, keeping things interesting and fresh.  The ideal candidate will like not having the same mundane task to do every day.  However, for those of you who do like repetition you will have some opportunities on some of our more skilled labor and consistent customer lines.

Shift Availability

Monday - Friday

  • 1st Shift: 7am - 3pm
  • 2nd Shift: 3pm - 11pm
  • 3rd Shift: 11pm - 7am


Position Summary:

  • Locate and follow Quality Plan and Work instructions. 
  • Follow SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) in performing a variety of tasks, including any secondary, and rework actives such as: packing, sonic welding, printing, assembly, flash trimming, cleaning and sorting. 
  • Extract parts from a press while maintaining the expected cycle times, trim or assembly as necessary and box, stack, and label according to the Work Order instructions. 
  • Perform quality checks
  • All other responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor.

Position Qualifications:

  • Must be able to read, write and speak English.  (bilingual is a plus!)
  • Basic Math skills (adding/subtracting/counting parts)
  • Lift up to 50lbs periodically
  • Ability to push or pull 200lbs with the use of a pallet jack

Work Environment:

Typical Warehouse/Production manufacturing floor setting.  There may be exposure to dust, noise, and fumes in production area.  We are not a climate-controlled manufacturing facility.  Working in elevated heat conditions may be required.
