Job Overview
The Treasury Management Specialist is responsible for supporting the bank’s financial operations through electronic payment services (ACH and Wires) and providing business customers with solutions to streamline their cash management processes.
Responsibilities
- Processes ACH and wire transactions promptly and accurately in accordance with established procedures.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for all Treasury Management customers, providing exceptional service and support.
- Develops and maintains strong customer relationships through ongoing communication, assessing treasury management needs, and identifying opportunities for tailored solutions.
- Manages all aspects of customer onboarding, including product setup and training on Treasury Management services.
- Responds to customer requests and troubleshoots issues to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Remains informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to enhance service delivery and maintain competitiveness.
- Provides clerical and administrative support to assist in meeting department goals and objectives.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
- Previous banking or cash-handling experiences strongly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and banking software systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
