Duties
- Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat or in person.
- Serves as Safe Deposit Box Coordinator, maintaining accurate records, assisting customers, and ensuring compliance with security procedures.
- Manage customer check orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Responsible for opening and closing the lobby, ensuring the branch is secure and prepared for daily operations.
- Handles and processes returned mail, ensuring accurate updates to customer records and timely resolution of address or delivery issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Adhere to all banking regulations, policies, and procedures to maintain security and compliance.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with banking software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
- Professional appearance and demeanor required.
