Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Youngstown, OH, for an Inside Sales Representative. The primary responsibilities include driving customer satisfaction through effective communication, maintaining and growing accounts, generating leads, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotes, and ensuring the highest level of responsiveness and professionalism to meet customer requirements efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
- Attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required
- High school diploma or GED is required. Bachelor’s degree (in business, sales, engineering) preferred.
- Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably inside sales, preferably in manufacturing, is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact professionally with customers, internal teams, and vendors.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable learning ERP/CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
