CMA is seeking a skilled Master Scheduler to join our team in Grand Haven!
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate production workflow for multiple product lines.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to ensure accurate products.
- Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
- Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.
- Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.
- Obtain output information.
- Work with customers and suppliers to ensure best results.
- Main point of contact with customers.
- Inventory Management to ensure on time delivery to customers.
- Work cohesively with sister companies on multisite projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) in business administration, supply chain, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex schedules in a fast paced environment.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of material purchasing.
- Must be a team player with well-developed interpersonal skills with a willingness to train/learn.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset.
- Proficient at Microsoft office.
- Experience using typical MPR/ERP systems.
Salary based on experience.
