We are hiring a reliable Evening Operations Manager to oversee cleaning crews and ensure quality across multiple job sites. This is a hands-on role with leadership responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Supervise evening cleaning teams at multiple locations
- Perform quality checks and ensure standards are met
- Train and support employees
- Handle call-outs and adjust schedules as needed
- Communicate issues, supply needs, and updates to management
- Assist with cleaning when needed
Requirements
- Cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
- Prior leadership or supervisor experience is a plus
- Strong reliability and attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
- Able to work evenings (some weekends as needed)
