Operations Manager – Commercial Cleaning
CMG is hiring an Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-day cleaning operations and help lead our growing team.
This is a hands-on, field-based management position responsible for supervising and training cleaners, managing schedules and coverage, inspecting buildings for quality, handling operational issues, and ensuring our teams have the supplies and equipment they need.
Schedule: This is generally a Monday through Friday position.
Hours: Typically around 4:00 PM to midnight, depending on the needs of the operation.
The Operations Manager will also assist with specialty cleaning projects such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and upholstery cleaning.
We’re looking for someone who is dependable, organized, comfortable leading people, and willing to take ownership of getting the job done right.
