Key Tasks Include (but not limited to): Customer Service/Account Manager for assigned Book of Business (including handling email, fax and telephone inquiries for assigned accounts), Renewal Marketing Assistance, Renewal Quote Comparison & Review, Renewal Proposals, New Business Marketing Opportunities, Account Rounding Efforts, Finance Quotes on applicable policies, Agency Bill Invoicing, Involvement in Claim Mitigation (when needed)
Qualifications:
· 3 Years Prior Commercial Insurance Account Manager Required
· California Property & Casualty Insurance License Required
· Prior use of Applied Epic
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Detail Oriented & Multi-Tasking Abilities are a MUST
· Ability to communicate professionally
· Team Player
