Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Commercial Mortgage Originator. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and developing new client relationships, assessing borrowers' financial information, preparing loan applications, and collaborating with underwriters to finalize mortgage approvals. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through the lending process, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations while achieving sales goals.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Mortgages, Mortgage Lending, and Loans
- Experience in Underwriting and financial analysis
- Excellent Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and remotely, while meeting sales targets
- Proficiency in financial and loan-related software tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in commercial lending or mortgage origination is a plus
