We are seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to expand our footprint in the booming Florida market. This is a hunter-focused role where you'll build relationships with property managers, owners, and decision-makers to secure new multi-housing laundry service contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, in-person visits to apartment complexes, networking at property management events, referrals, and targeted outreach in the Orlando and surrounding areas
- Conduct on-site assessments of existing laundry facilities, present customized proposals, and demonstrate the value of our managed laundry services (e.g., modern equipment, maintenance-free operations, revenue generation for properties)
- Build long-term relationships with multi-family property managers and owners to identify needs and close multi-year service agreements
- Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and drive to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas
- Manage your sales pipeline and CRM system, providing accurate forecasting and detailed activity reporting
- Stay current on industry trends in multi-housing amenities, competitor offerings, and opportunities in Florida's growing rental market
Qualifications:
- Proven outside/B2B sales experience (ideally in property services, facilities management, commercial equipment, uniform/laundry services, or related industries; multi-family housing experience is a strong plus)
- Strong hunter mentality with excellent prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (company vehicle provided)
- Ability to travel within the Central Florida territory (primarily Orlando metro and nearby areas)
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree or relevant sales certifications preferred
