Commercial Industrial Roofing Inc. has been serving the needs of the Puget Sound building owners for over 4 decades. We are now looking to grow our team and have an immediate opening for a Project Manager to join our Lynnwood location and become part of our valued team.

The Roofing Administrator position will work directly with the Senior Estimator to help with the daily tasks necessary to run the current and upcoming projects. This opening is with the intent to develop into a Senior Estimator position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assisting Senior estimator with preparing and generating contracts.
• Occasionally gathering site samples
• Preparing submittals.
• Ordering material
• Coordinating site visits with contractors, clients, and inspectors.
• Occasionally attend pre-construction meetings, and scheduling site walks with general contractors, clients and consultants.
• Contact subcontractors, vendors, to discuss and formulate estimates
• Misc. tasks.
• Go on job walks.

Minimum Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• High-School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years in commercial roofing.
• Basic math skills must have the ability to calculate job costs.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills; must be able to clearly communicate with vendors and subcontractors
• Excellent customer service skills; must be able to maintain professionalism and handle stresses due to multiple deadlines.
• Great organizational skills.
• Excellent attendance.
• Able to multi-task.
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Problem solving abilities; must have the ability to use sound judgement to resolve issues and make suggestions on how to solve a problem.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Physical Requirements:

• Candidate must be capable of climbing ladders on a repetitive basis and walk on roof without fear of heights.
