What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Estimator /Project Manager position at Commercial/Industrial Contractor?
Local Industrial/Commercial Construction company specializing in Design-build, pre-engineered buildings, custom foundations, steel fabricating, steel erecting is seeking applications for an experienced construction Project Manager/ Estimator-AutoCAD to join our team for a long-term employment relationship.
- General knowledge of concrete and steel construction
- Auto cad experience a plus.
- Ability to perform structural steel take-offs
- Familiar with methods of construction regarding pre-engineered buildings and concrete foundations.
- Ability to read and interpret construction blue prints
- Ability to work with sub contractors in acquiring bids and completing projects.
- Ability to go into field and work with customers, and acquire proper information to provide services
- Salary based on experience to start with growth potential.
