JOB OVERVIEW:
First and Formothese we are looking for a laborer in our warehouse to perform many different duties daily. Some Include:
- Perform preventive maintenance, Foliar applications
- Perform interior custodial duties as needed. May include cleaning grow rooms, cleaning pots, sweeping, mopping, gathering trash and empty trash receptacles daily, etc
- Daily Watering and nutrient mixing, Trellising, De-leafing, Cloning, Transplanting, Harvesting
- WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- This job operates in a warehouse.
- Conditions are often humid, hot, and bright.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- This is an active position requiring regular standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and climbing all day.
- The position requires talking and hearing as well as visual acuity.
- Employees must frequently lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Previous experience in cannabis cultivation IS A MUST!
EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:
- Days and hours of work may vary by scheduling or seasonal needs.
- Evening and weekend work will sometimes be required.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be 21 or older.Resident with a current valid State-issued ID or Driver's License
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
