Position Overview

As a Vice President-Equipment Leasing Sales Executive, you will be responsible for outbound sales, lease origination, and relationship development with business owners, CFOs, and executives across the United States.


This is a high-output, performance-driven role requiring discipline, consistency, and resilience. You will be expected to maintain a strong pipeline and drive new business through outbound engagement and strategic follow-up.



Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct approximately 100 outbound calls per day to prospective clients
  • Originate and maintain a pipeline capable of supporting $5,000,000 in annual fundings
  • Qualify leads and structure equipment finance transactions
  • Collect and coordinate required documentation for funding
  • Work closely with internal operations and documentation teams to ensure efficient closings
  • Maintain clear, professional communication throughout the full deal lifecycle
  • Represent Commercial Funding Partners with integrity, professionalism, and urgency

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the equipment finance industry (Utah-based preferred)
  • Strong phone communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to handle high-volume outbound sales activity
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Experience in B2B sales or financial services strongly preferred 


Salary : $65,000 - $5,000,000
