Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise cleaning crews on-site
- Perform and inspect final cleans (dust removal, detailing, debris cleanup, windows, floors, etc.)
- Coordinate project timelines and staffing across multiple locations
- Maintain quality control and ensure safety compliance
- Communicate effectively with contractors, site managers, and clients
- Train team members and uphold company standards
- Manage supplies, equipment, and logistics while traveling
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in janitorial, commercial cleaning, or construction cleanup
- Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Scissor lift/Arial lift certification a bonus.
