The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing sales strategies, expanding our client base, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor the commercial HVAC sales team to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and drive long-term growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with property managers, building owners, contractors, developers, and facility managers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling and solution-based approaches.
- Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals, pricing, and contracts for commercial HVAC projects.
