Position Summary

As an HVAC Service Coordinator / Dispatcher, you will play a key role in the daily operations of our Service Department. You will coordinate incoming service requests, schedule and dispatch technicians, monitor work order progress, and maintain clear communication with customers and internal team members.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing competing priorities while maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach. Your ability to anticipate needs, communicate effectively, and keep service operations organized will contribute directly to customer satisfaction and team success.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch and prioritize service calls to HVAC technicians
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding appointments, scheduling, and updates
• Create accurate work orders and track job progress from start to finish
• Support technicians in the field and proactively resolve scheduling or service issues
• Maintain organized service records and ensure smooth daily operations

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience coordinating service operations for a commercial HVAC or mechanical services company.
• Familiarity with HVAC service work orders, technician sheduling, and field service operations.
• Experience using HVAC service management, dispatching, or work order software.
