This role will be project-based across multiple job sites, so reliable transportation is a must. This is high caliber work that requires a skilled hand.
Finish/Trim Carpenter Skill Set Required:
- Strong finish and trim carpentry background
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Experience working with a variety of wood types and detailed builds
- High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
Finish/Trim Carpenter Compensation:
- Starting at $30–$35/hour
- Immediate increase once they demonstrate skill level and quality of work on-site
