We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Maintenance Technician to manage the maintenance and repair of all shop floor equipment for a designer and manufacturer of precision industrial springs. This Pittsburgh / Millvale direct hire opportunity has a competitive starting pay range from $25 to $35 per hour.Maintenance Technician ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC and manual machinesConduct inspections and diagnose issues to ensure timely repairsFabricate and install fixtures, gauges, and tooling based on blueprints or specificationsPerform general electrical and motor repair work as neededOperate and maintain shop equipment: lathes, milling machines, surface grinders, drill presses, welders, etc.Maintenance Technician RequirementsProven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar roleStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsWelding and machining experience requiredStrong time management and organizational skillsValid Driver’s License (Required)Pay and Benefits for our Maintenance TechnicianPay range of $25 - $30 per hourStrong benefits Available for this direct hire opportunity1st Shift Monday through FridayCommercial Employees is a veteran-led staffing firm with 7 Pittsburgh offices and 2 in Charleston.
