We’re hiring several full-time CNC Machinist / Machine Operator positions (programming not required) for a large Washington Machine Shop that specializes in machining large forgings, castings and rolled steel rings for regional and national clients. These 1st Shift Machinist roles pay $18 – 22 per hour to start, based on experience, and are great for those seeking variety and critical thinking. Strong Benefits are available for our CNC Machinist positions. Other shifts may be available after initial training.
CNC Machinist / Machine Operator Role and Requirements:
- Our CNC Machinist / Machine Operator should have Machine Shop, Lathe Operator, Mill Operator, Grinder, or Tool and Die experience
- QC finished products to meet precise blueprint specifications
- Measure, position, cut and bore to detailed requirements - regular use of calipers and micrometers
- Operate CNC Machines, Lathes, Grinders and / or Milling Machines
- Will walk / stand for entire shift
- High School diploma or equivalent required
