- Provide administrative support to the production department by generating reports, managing emails, and handling phone communications.
- Organize and maintain production documentation, ensuring all elements are packaged and labeled per company standards.
- Assist in inventory adjustments within the ERP system and support barcode label printing for shipping.
- Prepare and distribute monthly reports, update part sheets, and coordinate document scanning.
- Assist with multi-tasking projects, ensuring deadlines are met with efficient time management.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook).
- Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- High school diploma or GED with at least one (1) year of manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Office setting within a manufacturing facility.
- Must comply with safety regulations, including wearing PPE in designated areas.
