In this role, you will be responsible for civil engineering design, planning, and other related tasks. You will work closely with the project team to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare grading, storm drain, utility, sewer, as-built, and street improvement plans under direction of Project Manager
- Research, interpret and apply city standards, codes and zoning requirements as it applies to sites
- Communicate with agencies and plan checkers
- Prepare comment response letters
- Meet project deadlines with a sense of urgency
- Adhere to CDR standards and core values
- Maintain a positive attitude and strong willingness to continually learn and grow
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- EIT certification required, P.E. license is a plus
- 2 years in Land Development
- Proficiency in AutoCad Civil 3D
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and codes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary : $75,000 - $88,000
