CCG has an equipment finance Documentation Specialist position available in its Naperville, IL office. The position will offer opportunities to learn all aspects of equipment finance documentation. Responsibilities
- Interface with customers, sales team and credit department to ensure documentation is prepared in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ensure all conditions are collected and verified if necessary.
- Prepare loans for Funding/Booking.
- Ensure CCG is in a priority lien positions with valid enforceable documents.
- Collect and organize post-closing documentation.
- Perform post-closing follow up.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills required.
- A positive and entrepreneurial attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel.
- Detail oriented with ability to multitask.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Prior Loan documentation experience a plus.
- Prior experience in commercial finance or similar field.
