Job Description
Commercial Contracting Services (CCS) is looking for a caring, dependable, and energetic Full-Time In-House Childcare Provider to join our team in Keokuk, Iowa.
This position will provide dedicated childcare for the children of our company's leadership team in a private, in-house setting. This is not a public daycare facility, but rather an opportunity to provide personalized care in a safe, welcoming, and family-oriented environment.
We are looking for someone who genuinely loves working with children, is trustworthy, patient, and enjoys creating a fun, structured, and nurturing atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily care and supervision for children of our leadership team.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing childcare environment.
- Plan fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities.
- Assist with meals, snacks, naps, and daily routines.
- Encourage positive behavior, learning, and healthy development.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare space.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding daily activities and needs.
- Build positive, trusting relationships with children and their families.
Qualifications
- Previous childcare or nanny experience preferred.
- A genuine passion for working with children.
- Dependable, trustworthy, patient, and responsible.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple children and daily activities.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.
- Reliable transportation and consistent availability.
