What Youll Work On
Projects may include:
- Cleanrooms and controlled environments
- Pharmaceutical and life sciences facilities
- Semiconductor and advanced manufacturing
- Mission critical data centers
- Aerospace, EV battery, and high-tech spaces
What Youll Do
Project Management (Primary Focus)
- Lead projects from award through closeout
- Manage budgets, schedules, manpower, and procurement
- Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Oversee cost tracking, forecasting, and change management
- Ensure safety, quality, and execution standards are met
Estimating & Preconstruction
- Perform takeoffs, pricing, and scope reviews
- Develop estimates and bid strategies
- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
- Transition awarded work into execution plans

What You Bring
- Experience in commercial, industrial, or interiors construction
- Background in project management, estimating, or both
- Strong understanding of construction documents and project execution
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience with cleanrooms or controlled environments
- Familiarity with Procore or estimating software
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification
Work Environment & Expectations
- Ability to travel to regional project sites as needed
- Collaborative work with field and leadership teams
- Hands-on involvement across both office and job site activities
